When the engine is switched off, the camera is continuously supplied with power via a hardwire kit in order to record possible collisions and events.
With ACC detection, the dashcam automatically switches to parking mode when the vehicle engine is switched off to record possible collisions and events. The dashcam switches to normal recording mode when the vehicle engine is switched on.
Hardwire Kit continuously powers your dashcam in parking mode until the car battery voltage drops to the configured level.
The low-voltage protection function interrupts the power supply to the dashcam when it detects that the vehicle battery voltage is below the set value. There are four voltage options: 11.8 V, 12 V, 12.2 V, 12.4 V.
The red battery cable should be connected to a constant power supply. The yellow ACC cable should be connected to the ignition. The earth cable must be connected to the vehicle body.
Please note: A 2-pole fuse must be provided when using the hard-wired cable.
