The Viofo MT1 is the first official motorcycle dashcam from Viofo. This dashcam records the front and rear of the motorcycle in sharp Full HD 1080p resolution. Both cameras are equipped with a 170° wide-angle lens. The Viofo MT1 provides a detailed and wide view of the road events.
Thanks to Wi-Fi support, the dashcam can be easily connected to the Viofo app (iOS and Android) to view recordings and change settings.
The MT1 2CH Dual Dashcam is equipped with a loop recording function. The dashcam records continuously until the SD card is full. Then, the oldest files on the SD card are deleted and automatically overwritten with new footage. The length of the loop files can be set to 1, 2, 3, 5, or 10 minutes.
The Viofo MT1 2CH Dual comes with a convenient remote control. This remote control is mounted, for example, on the handlebar and connected to the module via a cable. With just one button press, you can save a recording and take a photo. This ensures that notable traffic events are no longer automatically overwritten by loop recordings.
The Viofo MT1 2CH Dashcam is equipped with two SONY Exmor R Starvis sensors.
The motorcycle dashcam is fully IP66 certified, meaning its components can withstand heavy rain. The main module and both cameras can be mounted anywhere.
The dashcam features a built-in GPS receiver. Thanks to the GPS receiver, location and speed are recorded quickly and continuously. The route traveled can also be viewed later in the app. The time is automatically corrected by synchronizing with the satellite. The timestamp can be embedded in the video.
The Viofo MT1 comes standard with a 32GB Micro SD card, but other sizes can be chosen as well. The MT1 Dashcam supports FAT32 cards up to 256GB. The SD cards must be formatted in the camera before use, which can easily be done via the app.
The dashcam features a built-in microphone, allowing sounds in and around the motorcycle to be recorded.
The dashcam automatically starts recording when the motorcycle is started and stops recording when the motorcycle is turned off. After installation, you no longer need to worry about the camera.
Thanks to the built-in G-sensor, the dashcam detects an unexpected impact or collision. After the impact, the footage is automatically saved and protected from being overwritten.
